We are starting in full swing this week!
In language arts the students will be reading My Father's Dragon. Reading. The comprehension focus is Character, Setting, Predicting & Making Inferences. The language arts skill is adverbs. The spelling pattern is au, aw, augh, and al.
In math the students will be learning about money! The students will first review by identifying the different coins and then move into counting dollar bills!
In unit study the students are studying habitats, ecosystems, and food chains.
